Restoration Item Return Policy:
To receive full credit on restoration items, such as air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, respirators, etc., items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unopened packaging. If boxes are open or missing manuals, the only type of credit given is an in-store credit that can be used toward future purchases at SCI Supply.
During major restoration events, such as hurricanes, floods, or forest fires, all restoration returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. During these events, only unopened items still in their original packaging are eligible for returns. Open/used items will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all freight fees to return restoration items back to SCI Supply.
Special Order Policy
- All special order items require an open account or will have to be paid for with a credit card at the time the order is placed.
- Special orders may take additional days to ship.
- There is a 20% cancellation fee on all special orders.
- Special order items do not qualify for the Free Freight Program; customers will be responsible for all freight charges.
- Special order items do not qualify for our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee since we are not recommending the product for you. However, defective items will still fall under the protection of normal manufacturer warranties.
Special Order Return Policy
All special order items, those that are not normally stocked by SCI Supply, carry a 20% restocking fee if returned as new within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept special order items back after 30 days, regardless of their condition.
